ABOUT DR. YURI
My name is Dr. Yuri. I am a recovering head of partnerships and creator of The PEAK Method. For 25 years, I've led teams across 4 industries. In 2005, I traded in my uniform as a corrections officer and did the work to become a corporate executive. I used lessons learned along my journey to reach top leadership roles and am now dedicated to helping high-achieving leaders harness their inner power to confidently reach their personal and professional leadership goals. As PEAK's founder & chief learning officer, I take pride in curating custom coaching programs that cover the entire leadership lifespan from academic to executive advancement. |

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and filming as a background actor in feature films and streaming TV series. I can be seen in projects like Harriet (feature film), The Good Lord Bird (Showtime), Dopesick (Hulu), Gravediggers (feature film), and Swagger! The Kevin Durant Story (Apple TV).
